PRESENT A CLINICAL CASE


60-year-old woman sent to emergency. She shows that "I've been wheezing, I have pain in my chest, I feel weak. You have shortness of breath, so you can't exercise for a long time or go up stairs. 


prescription: 
ipatropium inhaler. 
prednisolone 



Warning: 
hypertensive patient, diabetic. 




side effects: 
the patient may feel: 
diarrhea, headaches, increased appetite. 



The patient's treatment will relax and open the airways that carry air to the lungs to facilitate breathing.
